Nestled in the heart of Yorkshire, The Little Nut Tree began as a simple dream, one born from motherhood, love, and a lifelong passion for timeless children’s clothing.

 I’m blessed to be a Mumma to four little wonders — Henry (9), Florence (6), Alba (4), and our tiniest love, Oliver, who has just turned 1. Watching over us always is our sweet angel Rose, whose presence reminds us daily of life’s precious magic.

When Henry was born, I spent countless evenings searching for those perfect little pieces; traditional, minimal, beautifully made yet always seemed to come up empty-handed. I wanted clothing that felt as special and pure as childhood itself: soft to the touch, effortlessly charming, and crafted to be loved and lived in.

That longing only deepened as our family grew. I’ve always been captivated by the details, the gentle fabrics, the changing seasons, the joy of pairing a high-leg romper with frilly socks and tiny t-bar shoes. It’s these small, sentimental touches that tell a story, a story of innocence, wonder, and everyday magic.
